Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Paypal payments should be funded immediately. Paypal orders are subject to deletion after 72 hours if payment has not been recieved. Orders less that $50 will be charged a low order fee of $5.
Shipping: All US orders ship by USPS $7.00 Priority flat rate. International orders ship Priority flat rate starting at $12.00 and up. Please call If you need your order shipped USPS Express (Rates are carrier-calculated, based on distance and weight). Please use a credit card instead of Paypal on these orders. Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 4:00 PM Central time. Orders are shipped from the Chicago showroom only. Shipping is FREE for US orders over $100.
International packages under four pounds may be shipped First Class International. JBC International is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on first class orders. If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping will not be refunded for most returned packages.
International Shipping Rates for Canada & Mexico:
Orders $300 & under - $12.00 Flat Rate
Orders over $300 & less than or equal to $600 - $26.00 Flat Rate
Orders over $600 - $36.00 Flat Rate
General International Shipping Rates:
Orders $300 & under - $17.00 Flat Rate
Orders over $300 & less than or equal to $600 - $28.00 Flat Rate
Orders over $600 - $43.00 Flat Rate
Return Policy:
Returns will not be accepted when:
- We receive them more than 10 days after receiving.
- We will not accept partial or broken strands.
- We recieve the product without a return authorization.
After 5 days if a return authorization is granted a 20% restocking fee will be charged. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. Exceptions are made only in the unlikely event of defective merchandise.
Back Orders: Due to limited or unpredictable availability of some merchandise, we will backorder items only by customer request.
Lost Orders: All lost orders must be reported within 5 days of the ship date by calling 1-800-274-1577. After 5 days the order will not be replaced or refunded. International orders must report within 14 days.
